Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS POLICY

Luna Luxe Fragrances does not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final. However, we do offer store credit in specific cases outlined below.
 

STORE CREDIT FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged, you may be eligible for store credit under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.

  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging as proof.

  • Upon review, if your claim is approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the damaged item.
     

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
     

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you receive a damaged item, store credit will be provided so you can reorder a replacement.
 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products. If you have concerns about a purchase, please reach out to us.
 

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Luna Luxe Fragrances reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
