Luna Luxe Fragrances provides scented items, including candles, wax melts, room sprays, car sprays, carpet powder, and car diffusers. Product descriptions and images are for reference only, and slight variations may occur.

USER ACCOUNTS

Users are not required to create an account to place an order. However, registering an account allows you to save personal information, view order history, and streamline checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship Australia-wide with the following options:

Standard Shipping: $10.20 (0-3kg), $13.25 (3-6kg), $16.65 (6kg and up)
Express Shipping: $12.70 (0-3kg), $16.75 (3-6kg), $20.65 (6kg and up)
Local Suburb Drop-Off: $5.00 (3-4 days) for orders over $75.00
Pick Up: Available in Botanic Ridge, VIC 3977

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been shipped.
Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged, you must provide a photo of the damage to receive store credit for a replacement.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds; only store credit is provided for damaged products.
